Watches have been my work and my fascination for a long time. This page brings it all together.

Teaching is the centre of what I do. I'm an authorised trainer for the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie across the Americas, delivering training to retail staff, brand employees and the public. I also teach with the Horological Society of New York and I run watchmaking classes for watch brands: private training for their teams, and experience classes for their clients.

I still restore vintage watches, and that keeps my teaching honest. Two decades at the bench is what it's all built on.

Alongside the teaching, I write about horology for Revolution, Watches by SJX and the peer-reviewed Horological Journal. The longer pieces live on my Substack, (un)Complicated.
